COVID-19 Restrictions

Due to current Queensland COVID-19 restrictions on events, only two adult guests will be permitted to attend per Year 12 family.  There will be a maximum of six guests per table.

Ticketing

$120.00 per person. All attendees, including graduating student must purchase a ticket. Price includes your meal and a welcome soft drink.

Tickets for the Graduation Dinner must be purchased via Trybooking by Friday 6 November 2020. Bookings open 12 October 2020.

Seating

Families will need to combine with one other family to form table groups of 6 people. Please nominate the family you wish to be seated with when prompted on the ticket purchase.

Photography

Professional photographers will be taking family photographs in the foyer prior to the event commencing at 5:30 pm.

Alcohol

A cash bar will be available should guests wish to purchase alcoholic drinks. As this is a College function, students will not be permitted to consume alcohol on the evening, regardless of their age.

Dress Code

  • Students: To wear their full winter uniform and blazer.
  • Guests: To wear “After Five” attire.

 

Additional Information

The College likes to acknowledge families whose last son is graduating and who have had two or more boys attend the College spanning a time frame of fifteen years or more.
