On Saturday, 1 June the College will come alive with Football, Rugby and activities for the whole family. The entire College Community is encouraged to attend and support our teams for AIC’s biggest rivalry, Marist College Ashgrove v St Laurence’s College.
Marist College Ashgrove is Brisbane’s only Catholic boys’ day and boarding school in the Marist tradition. Located 10 minutes from Brisbane’s CBD, the College was established in 1940 and occupies over 10 hectares, providing the space and community for a world-class, holistic education. Over 1600 boys from Years 5 to 12 attend Marist and benefit from a faith-led approach enabling them to grow from boys of promise to men of character. Notable Ashgrovians who live up to this, include: Rhodes Scholars, former Prime Ministers of Australian and Papua New Guinea, leaders in industry, health, education and business as well as Australian representatives in sport.
