Graduation Day celebrations commence with a 9:15am arrival for Year 12 students, parents and families. The day will consist of a Graduation Mass, Guard of Honour and Oval Presentation.
This event is free of charge however parents and guardians are required to RSVP via the Humanitix link below by 5.00pm on Wednesday 9 November 2022. Graduating students will be seated with their cohort and will not require a ticket.
Marist College Ashgrove brothers (siblings) of graduating students are welcome to attend the Graduation Mass with their families. Please include their details on the Year 12 Graduation RSVP Link provided above.
Please stay home if you feel unwell or have any flu like symptoms. Masks and social distancing measures may be required on the day. All guests are expected to follow all health guidelines as instructed. Hand sanitiser will be available for use upon entry and exit to the gym.
- Students: Full winter uniform including long pants and blazer. As it is usually very warm, blazers need only be worn during processions and other formal moments.
- Guests: Comfortable smart casual attire. It is advisable to bring a hat or umbrella for the times you may be in the sun after Mass concludes.
- MCA brothers of Year 12 Students: Summer uniform.
Light refreshments including water will be provided for guests and Year 12 students on McMahon Oval after the Graduation Mass and Guard of Honour.
Parking and Transport
Onsite parking will not be available and street parking is limited, please consider alternate travel arrangements. Please also note that O’Connell Place (adjacent to Frasers Road entrance to the College) is private Army property and fines may be issued for parking illegally.

Graduation Day Program
9.15am – Arrival
Year 12 students and families may arrive from 9.15am on and will make their way to the Champagnat Centre for Graduation Mass.
10.00am – Graduation Mass
Graduation Mass commences in the Champagnat Centre for Year 12 students and families at 10:00am.
11.45am – Guard of Honour
Guard of Honour commences for Year 12 students and families from the Champagnat Centre to McMahon Oval.
12.15pm – Oval Presentation
The presentation on the oval will take place following the conclusion of the Guard of Honour with Year 12 students, parents and guardians seated in marquees on McMahon Oval. Other family members will be seated in the grandstand. MCA brothers (siblings) of graduating students will join their Pastoral Group in the Grandstand for the Oval Presentation.
1.00pm – Event Concludes
The farewell will conclude at approximately 1.00pm and all Year 12 students and families will leave the College to prepare for the dinner in the evening. Students in Years 5 to 11 will return to class.
