MCA is specifically tailored to meet the needs of young men as they progress through their education.

We are proud to have a strong history of international students and of the contribution to College life made by these young men and their breadth of achievement during their time at Marist College Ashgrove.

Lifelong friendships are forged and as students of the College you will always be welcomed back to your old school and to join the ranks of many thousands of old Ashgrovians who have passed through the gates.

As a boys only school, Marist College Ashgrove is specifically tailored to meet the needs of young men as they progress through their education. Excellence is valued and academically gifted students are challenged to reach their full potential. Indeed students at all ability levels are provided with individual support and attention and the school prides itself on the care offered to all.

General Information

Boys classified as 'full fee paying overseas students' are required to remain boarders during their enrolment at the College unless they are living with a parent who is the holder of an appropriate visa (sub-class 590) for the term of their son’s visa.

Full fee paying students are required by the Federal Government to take out medical cover under the Overseas Health Cover (OSHC) Scheme.

The student's Confirmation of Enrolment, required for the student's visa application, will be issued on receipt of the signed Written Agreement and OSHC and course fees in advance as listed on the invoice of fees with your son’s letter of offer.

We recommend you read through the Marist College Ashgrove International Student Policy and Entry Requirements and Student Handbook or contact the Enrolments Department for further information.

Enrolment Process

The College enrols international students both directly; or where referred and assisted by Education Agents.

Marist College Ashgrove will continue to enrol international students directly via their Enrolments Department but also provides choice for international students seeking enrolment at the College.

The Process

  1. Family, or Education Agent representing family, seeks to enrol a student directly (no commission). Contact the Enrolments Department at Marist College Ashgrove.

Marist College Ashgrove informs intending students of all requirements for acceptance into a course, and assesses applications for enrolment according to College procedures to determine appropriateness of educational qualifications, experience and English language proficiency for the course for which enrolment is sought.

We recommend you read through the entry requirements and processes for enrolling International students (including application and course selection) as well as the International Student Fees section prior to submitting an application.
