A young man’s relationship with Marist College Ashgrove does not end when he leaves the College. Indeed, the strong and supportive Ashgrove community is one of the College’s most resounding features.

The MCA Old Boys’ Association (OBA) provides an opportunity for Old Boys of Marist College Ashgrove to remain in contact with one another, enjoy numerous organised events, keep up-to-date with the latest College news and developments and to support the College and its current students.

When you graduate from Marist College Ashgrove you automatically become a life member of the OBA. The official OBA publication, The Ashgrovian, is published twice per year.

Some of the major functions and activities organised or supported by the OBA in recent years include:

As an addendum to Passing the Baton, the Old Boys Associations takes great pleasure in dedicating this publication to all the sportsmen who were members of the ultimate AIC team participating in the 2021 AIC Track and Field Championships. This triumphant event marked a momentous occasion as Marist College Ashgrove secured its 7th consecutive Secondary Track and Field championship – an unprecedented achievement since the inception of the TAS/AIC competition. Furthermore, it was a moment of glory for our Primary team as they celebrated their first-ever aggregate win in the newly established Junior AIC competition. We extend our heartfelt congratulations to all for your remarkable accomplishments.
