Electrician
Marist College Ashgrove is a Catholic day and boarding school for boys in Years 5-12, situated in Brisbane's inner Northern suburbs. The College is currently seeking an experienced licensed electrical tradesman to work as part of the Facilities and Maintenance staff. This is a full-time, continuing position commencing as soon as possible with an annual salary of $70 000. The typical hours of work are 6:30 am – 2:36 pm.
The ideal applicant will have experience in:
- Applicants must hold a Current Blue Card (Working with Children) or be eligible to apply for a Blue Card
- Electrical building maintenance
- Air conditioning experience
- Switch board installation
- External lighting
- Data/communication cabling
- Compliance testing
- Fault finding experience
Additional Requirements:
- Current Qld Electrical Worker’s Licence;
- A current manual Drivers Licence
- ARCtick Installation Certification
- Knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety requirements.
