MAJOR / MINOR CAPITAL WORKS & MAINTENANCE PROJECTS 2005-2007

The Performing and Visual Arts Complex (PVAC) is the latest project in the Major Capital Works Program of the College.

The College is also planning to upgrade existing facilities for the future. The agenda over the next few years (2005-2007) includes the following (in no particular order):

• Ground Level Technology Block
• Science Laborotories
• Student Administration Area
• Some Heads of House Offices
• The Br. Ferrer Robinson Learning Enrichment Centre relocation to its own block.
• Expanded Student Recreational Space
• Removal of Demountables

LONGER TERM PROJECTS

• A refurbished Tower Block, including, The Finance Department, The Foundation, Parents & Friends, Old Boys and General Office spaces.
• Relocation of the Swimming Pool, Change Rooms & Toilets away from Enoggera Creek.
