Boarding House Menu - Student workshop

In the video below, dietitian Alison Miles takes the opportunity to inform the Boarders of the rationale and direction the College has taken in reviewing and creating a menu that is nutritionally sound while also incorporating best practice in service delivery.

2013 marks the introduction of a menu that has been born from two years of feedback and review with the understanding that is a continuing work in progress. Each Boarding residence was given the opportunity to listen and ask questions of what this all means to their everyday food intake.
