The Resource Centre provides support for all areas of the curriculum. It is open before school and during each lunchtime providing our students with a place where they can relax and read or play chess, access information, use the computers and complete work.

Our Resource Centre supports our commitment to reading and places an emphasis on reading as a worthwhile leisure activity. Our students are encouraged to spend time in the Resource Centre perusing, discussing and reading books.

The most important aspect of our Resource Centre is the integration of skills into programs to empower students to access, process and use information appropriately. In order to achieve this, class teachers and our Resource Teacher work cooperatively to plan lessons and activities that support the development of these skills.
